Anise at InterContinental Dubai Festival City is offering guests an exclusive touch of tradition this Holy Month by serving sacred Zamzam water as part of its iftar spread. The holy month started on March 1 in the UAE.

Notably, as part of a unique dining experience, each table at Anise, features carafes of Zamzam water, adding a deeply spiritual essence to the evening. The restaurant’s lavish iftar buffet will be centered around its signature ouzi, alongside a carefully curated selection of Middle Eastern and international dishes, prepared by expert chefs.

Levantine specialities at Mama Jamal’s House Station

Anise boasts exciting additions to its iftar spread. The “Mama Jamal’s House Station” delights diners with traditional Levantine specialties like meat qawarma, fatteh, kebbeh saniyeh, and more. Meanwhile, the “Authentic Local Food Station” showcases beloved Emirati classics, including meat harees, chicken madrouba, and thareed.

Dessert lovers are in for a treat as Pastry Chef Chadi Abou Fakhr presents a decadent array of homemade sweets, featuring baklawa, kunafa, and Arabic-flavoured ice creams in eight delectable varieties. For an authentic local twist, guests can also enjoy freshly prepared logaymat.

With eight live cooking stations highlighting Thai, Indian, Japanese, Levantine, and Arabic cuisines, Anise offers a true culinary spectacle. Diners can also savour their meal on the stunning outdoor terrace, overlooking Dubai Creek and illuminated by the iconic IMAGINE show—a captivating blend of lasers, lights, and water at Festival Bay.
