Refunds for services will be issued only in rare circumstances, and solely at the management’s discretion, typically when we are unable to provide a resolution or correction.

1.2 Prepaid Packages & Gift Vouchers:

  • Prepaid Packages: For multi-session packages that have not yet been fully utilized, partial refunds for the remaining sessions may be considered if requested within 14 days of purchase and no appointments have been missed without proper cancellation notice.
  • Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may, however, be used toward any of our services or products within the validity period stated.
